Why purchase from your site?

When you purchase from our site you are getting fast shipping number one. Then you are going to get the best customer service we can offer. 

When do you ship?

We try to ship all items the next business day at the very latest. All orders will be shipped priority mail or ups ground for larger packages. 

How do you ship?

Every single 3 3/4 Funko Pop! will be shipped in a pop protector. All other pops will be wrapped in bubble wrap. 

Do you ship outside the United States?

Currently we do not and we do not ship to couriers at this point due to the risk of the customer.

My item still has not shipped?

If your item has not shipped have no fear you will still get your product. One thing to look for in this scenario is if your item is a pre-order. 

What does the status mean?

We do not have the status on all products now but we are working on it. 

In-Stock: This means your item will be ready to ship next day.

Pre-order: This means your item will arrive in the future then ship out. We will also list the month it is estimated to arrive in. 

Out of stock: This means we no longer have any of the item in stock but are working to get more. 

Do you accept returns?

In many cases will will accept returns but we must be contacted first. You will cover the return postage and the item must arrive the way it came. In the case of damage we will determine this on a case by case basis but contact us at for a reply and to process a return.
